This is Krypto. He is from the Gaia shop of HyTech where they combine human dna with a form of animal DNA. Krypto is almost like a mini version I got one Christmas event. As my character in the shop is a superhero he became her sidekick with his magic snowball making powers! Ain't he a doll?
